Applicant must hold mobile straight (Vertically) while clicking photo. If you hold mobile in landscape hence photo will get in landscape mode and it looks rotate.

Dear Applicant, 
If you want to apply under a special reservation category like Artist, Journalist, Ex-servicemen, Freedom Fighter, etc. then select the "Certificate Generation" option. and follow the below steps:

Login using PAN number
Enter email id for communication
select the appropriate reservation category
enter the required data and click on submit button
Now, click on "Generate Certificate" or "Email certificate" button
Download and take a printout of the generated certificate
get sign and stamped from concerned offices
upload this duly signed - stamped certificate while doing registration in application

Do not upload certificates received earlier.

No, Applicant have to bring original copy of those documents which are submitted online. And applicant have to bring original document as mention in conditional POL.

No, after draw applicant will get a conditional POL. After completion of verification of documents applicant will get final POL from the concern department.

Yes, you can apply to multiple category certificate & download certificate from your mobile application or from mail.

Dear Applicant,

No, you cannot use a domicile without a barcode for registration. You must need to visit the CSC centre or Maha e-seva Kendra to generate a new domicile certificate. Only a Domicile certificate with a barcode issued by the Aaplesarkar website is accepted during the registration process. 
If you do not have a Domicile certificate with Barcode then you need to apply for Domicile to Tahsildar office.

iii. Select Certificate Generation
iv. Enter your PAN number & Click on Submit
v. Select the category in which you have to update your details
vi. Click on the Edit button n(Pencil) near Category name
vii. Now you can change/update your details
viii. Once changes done click on save
ix. Now click on Generate certificate to download the certificate

Yes, you can apply multiple NOC. But you have to resubmit and cancel the previous NOC and then you can apply for another NOC.

Applicants who apply under the Journalist category must download the certificate format from the ‘Certificate Generation’ option available under the ‘Menu’ option on the top left of the website. Further, you may need to enter your PAN and click Submit. On the top of the screen, multiple categories populate to select from and select journalist. Enter the name of the full name of the applicant, Designation and Name of Organization and click on Submit. Then click on Generate Certificate and download the same. Post downloading approach MHADA PRO Department with a copy of the certificate and documents mentioned below: 

a. Minimum 5 years of Experience Letter in Journalism or a copy of a self-attested Appointment Letter from the organization where the applicant is working.
b. Self-attested Income proof for the income gained via Journalism for the period mentioned in the booklet. (Salary Slips, Salary Certificates, Bank statements or copies of a passbook that reflects the salary credit, freelancer journalist remuneration receipt or documents supporting the same.)
c. Recommendation letter from editor of the applicant’s current newspaper or news channel.
d. Ten cutouts of news or articles, published by line or credit line under the applicant’s name which are published within the duration as mentioned in the booklet OR video clip of news report broadcasted under individual name to be submitted in a CD/DVD/Pen Drive.
e. ID Card issued by the current organization.
f. Self-Declaration g. Document ing that newspaper/news agency is approved by DGIPR department, Maharashtra.

If you select a income proof type as "ITR" then follow the below steps to update the income in the login.

tick the checkbox of captcha verification and terms and conditions

There are multiple scenarios of refund:
i. If you are not winner you will get your EMD amount refunded.
ii. If you are winner and before issuing of Final POL you surrender the tenement then also you will get your EMD amount refunded.
iii. If you are winner and after receiving of POL letter , due to any reason you surrender tenement 10 % of the EMD amount get deducted and remaining EMD amount will get refund to you.

i. If you surrender the tenement before issuing of Final POL then also you will get your EMD amount refunded.
ii. If you surrender the tenement after receiving of POL letter due to any reason tenement, 10 % of the EMD amount get deducted and remaining EMD amount will get refund to you.

You are get eligible if any one from the winner get ineligible and its depend on the priority number you have in waitlist. Eg.
a. If your waitlist Priority number is 1 and any 1 winner get ineligible or surrender the tenement then you are selected as winner. 
b. If your priority number in waitlist is 20 then you are only eligible if first 20 winner applicants get failed to verify documents or surrender the tenements.

You have to surrender other tenement and keep only one tenement you wants.

You can not cancel your application as you have paid the Application Fees+EMD.
If you are not get selected as winner you will get your refund after Lottery draw. But you will only get refund of EMD amount as Application Fees are no refundable.

Applicant need to capture photo in portrait mode/ vertically. Applicant need to keep mobile vertically straight. After taking photo applicant need to crop by selecting corners.

In the Penny Testing verification, the authenticity of the bank's account is determined and verified by initiating a "test transaction" of depositing a rupee in the beneficiary's account. This process of verification is implemented in Konkan Board Lottery.

Bank Account details are required for verifying the Konkan Board Lottery applicant’s bank account details which will be used for the refund function. To verify the account details entered Penny Testing method is used in Konkan Board Lottery.
