पुणे गृहनिर्माण व क्षेत्रविकास मंडळ, पुणे हे म्हाडाचा एक विभागीय घटक आहे.त्याची स्थापना दिनांक ५ डिसेंबर १९७७ रोजी म्हाड कायदा,१९७६ च्या कलम १८ च्या तरतुदीनुसार करण्यात आली.

पुणे मंडळाचे प्रादेशिक मुख्य कार्यालय पुणे येथे असून त्याच्या कार्यक्षेत्रात पुणे, कोल्हापुर, सोलापुर, सांगली व सातारा या ५ जिल्हांचा समावेश आहे. ह्या जिल्ह्यात अ,ब आणि क श्रेणी अंतर्गत महानगरपालिका पुणे, पिंपरी चिंचवड, कोल्हापूर, सोलापूर, सांगली-मिरज-कुपवाड आणि ४१ मनपा नगरपालिका येत आहेत.
